OUR TEAM
Gui Tepedino, the Founder of Capstreet Advisors, is a native of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, having moved to New York City in 1995. Since arriving in the city, Gui has lived and breathed commercial real estate, working to complete retail and office leases and close investment sales transactions in New York City and Brazil for a variety of tenants, landlords and investors across the major real estate asset classes. ​
Mr. Tepedino brings substantial lease negotiations skills, asset management, commercial underwriting, and acquisition and disposition experience to his clients along with in-depth knowledge of market conditions, asset values, and industry contacts.
With his extensive network and local relationships, he has the ability to assemble best-of-class teams to capitalize on opportunities, add value to deals and build strategic partnerships. These skills have been instrumental in his advisory role to some of the City's biggest tenants and most distinguished real estate families. ​ Having a long history representing both tenants and landlords, Gui is able to understand both perspectives, allowing him to provide unique insight to his clients and ensure a successful conclusion to all his assignments.

Ben Apple began his career working overseas in China. After studying Mandarin and receiving an advanced degree in Economics in China, Mr. Apple later took on the role of Managing Director of a business incubator and coworking space in Shanghai that helped international enterprises expand their business in China.
Since 2015, Mr. Apple has worked in New York in commercial real estate and has been involved in the acquisition, development, and disposition of over 1 million square feet of commercial development.
Most recently Mr. Apple served as a project manager for a casino developer, managing a 500,000 square foot development, featuring a 400 key hotel, casino expansion, and third party tenant build-outs. He has diverse, international experience in Business Development and Management.
Additionally, Mr. Apple has a Bachelor’s degree in Business from the College of Charleston and a Masters degree in Economics from Xiamen University in China.
